Shipping Policy

As you make your purchase on our website, you agree to allow 7-14 business days for processing time for all SHIPPED products. Our products are custom, handmade products. The shipping time frame purchased with USPS is the time frame USPS will take to deliver your package after it has left our care. Four Kings Skincare LLC & USPS are two different companies. After the allotted processing time has been completed, Your Tracking Number will then state exact date of delivery once received.  

Once your package is dropped off at USPS, It is no longer our responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are dropped off. All claims must be resolved through USPS. Click the link below for more instructions on how to file a claim through USPS. Please take your time to put in your CORRECT ADDRESS during checkout. If your address is invalid or your requesting a change of address, it is a $10.00 fee. If your package is sent back and you want us to ship it again, there will be a $10.00 fee.

Tracking will be sent notifying customers of shipment once orders have shipped only. Tracking will state exact date of delivery from the delivery carrier, not Four Kings Skincare LLC .

Once orders are dropped off to the carrier we are no longer responsible for the package or delivery time. Please provide correct shipping info at the time of purchase, we cannot change addresses after purchase is complete due to liability reasons.

*Order Revisions: ie: Address Changes incur an additional $10 fee *.

 Missed deliveries have to be picked up from your nearest post office via notice that may be left states or sign for redelivering.

If you have any questions or problems, contact us directly within 24hrs - 72Hrs for help ONLY. After 72Hrs Four Kings Only LLC will not be held responsible for any order issues. When inquiring about an order please allow 48hrs - 72hrs for a response.

Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you love your purchase from Four Kings Skincare LLC . However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we're very sorry to hear that & apologize for the inconvenience. Please email concerns to fourkingsskincare@gmail.com. All sales are final, we do not accept exchanges, refunds or returns.  

AfterPay: All orders paid with AfterPay are not eligible for refunds, exchanges and/or store credits. 

All beauty products are custom handmade as ordered, no refunds or exchanges are issued. Please do not ship back without written approval from Four Kings Skincare management .

In the case where your package is shipped back to us and a refund is requested, reviewed and accepted by management , a 25% restocking fee will be applied to your complete order total and you will receive a store credit of the remaining balance. 

In the case where a refund is reviewed and accepted by management , while your order is still PROCESSING, a 25% restocking fee will be applied to your complete order total and you will receive a store credit of the remaining balance.
